African swine fever percent positivity of pigs sampled from Kampala area abattoirs district of origin. Testing was completed using a real-time PCR assay for detection of nucleic acid. A pig was considered positive if any of the tissue samples from that pig were positive. Pigs with unknown districts of origin were excluded but had a percent positivity of 50%
